My client is looking for an experienced Office Administrator & Warehouse Manager to provide the necessary administrative and warehousing support required to achieve the specified company outcomes.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Administration:Tasks include:take customer service callsassist in the co-ordination of Service Engineers to meet customer needsentering sales ordersprocessing customer invoicesentering service job sheetscreating purchase ordersinwards goods receipting into accounting systemfollow up suppliers regarding delivery datescustomer service and sales supportprocessing customer paymentsAccounts Receivable management and following up customers with overdue paymentsOrder office supplies and manage general office requirements (cleaning, rubbish removal etc)Liaise with building owner or body corporate as requiredFiling and general admin duties
Warehouse:Manage the warehouse, inwards and outwards goods and storage of stock:
Receive goods into the warehouse, check and pack awayEnsure all goods are despatched promptly and efficientlyMaintain warehouse in a neat and tidy mannerInventory controlStocktakingLiaise with transport companies regarding delivery of goods, and trouble shoot any issues, follow up on missing stock or late deliveries
Skills Required:Comprehensive customer handling skillsComprehensive administrative experienceStrong inventory experienceGood written and verbal communication skills
Competent with MS Word and Excel MS Office and SAP knowledge (preferable)
