Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity We are seeking an experienced Administration Team Leader to join our team at Waiparuru Hall for a permanent opportunity, to provide administration coordination and leadership supporting the front of house operations, reception services, and the operational and financial management for accommodation.
Your role will ensure that accommodation staff deliver a high level of customer care to agreed deadlines, and that they have clear direction and expectations for the achievement of their agreed objectives.
You will also work closely with the Resident manager on preparing workload models and annual planning for Accommodation, as well as ensuring relevant governance, compliance guidelines and policy changes are communicated across the team effectively.
This role is well suited to someone with excellent internal and external stakeholder engagement skills, as you will need to engage with contractors, suppliers, students, internal and external clients at all levels.
This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week), permanent opportunity., The remuneration is $72,000 - $88,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience.

He korero mou | About you To be successful in this role, you will have: Experience in leading and supporting a team, with experience in team building, change management, and working co-operatively.
Full, clean NZ Drivers licence.
Experience in the preparation of contract proposals and reports for senior managers.
Administration experience in a large complex organisation working with several stakeholders.
A high level of computer literacy including intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite and financial systems.
