About the Role Support Net provides 'Needs Assessment and Service Coordination' (NASC) across the Bay of Plenty and Lakes districts, supporting individuals in the community with disabilities, chronic health conditions, and older people. We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Administrator to join our dedicated team, ensuring the smooth running of our Disability Support Services NASC operations.
This full-time role involves a wide variety of administrative tasks, requiring adaptability and a proactive approach in a dynamic and ever-changing environment. You will work closely with a supportive team of assessors and fellow administrators, contributing to the delivery of essential services to the community.
About you We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented individual with excellent people and administrative skills. You will thrive in a team environment, enjoy engaging with others, and excel under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills for face-to-face and telephone interactions.Strong computer proficiency, attention to detail, and outstanding time management skills.Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting and strong data entry skills are desirable.Competency with te ao Maori, tikanga, and te reo Maori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth.Experience in projects/initiatives which give effect to Te Tiriti principles and frameworks, and the application of Matauranga Maori and Kaupapa Maori approaches, particularly as they apply in healthcare settings.How to Apply To view the position description and/or apply for the role please click "apply now."
