Administration Support Officer

Job Description As our new admin superstar, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing top-notch support to our Service Manager and Supervisors.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Answer incoming phone calls and greet visitors as required.
Assist with coordinating service jobs and workflow, including timesheets.
Provide general administration duties, including management of stationery and mail collection.
Assist with processing purchase orders, invoicing, and parts ordering.
Assist Service Manager/supervisors with financial reports and cost analysis as required.
Provide back-up to other admins as required by the business.
Qualifications Proven experience in a similar role.
Experience with timesheet management.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
SAP and Mitrefinch experience favorable but not a requirement.
