We are looking for 1x Administration Support Officer to join our team at Mt Eden Corrections Facility for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

This is a varied role with a wide range of duties. You will be required to provide accounts payable assistance and administration support to internal and external customers. Other duties will include telephone support, checking of incoming and outgoing prisoner mail, data entry and general administration.
You will enjoy working collaboratively as one team in a challenging and fast-paced environment, be able to multitask, remain adaptable, follow and adhere to policies and procedures, and have sound judgement in prioritising tasks and activities to meet deadlines.
Ideally you will have the following skills and experience:
Good computer skills and experience including Microsoft Word, Excel and SAP
Experience in providing efficient and effective administration support
Excellent written and oral communication skills
High attention to detail
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Able to work in a team environment as well as autonomously
Willingness to undertake and complete appropriate training as directed to learn new processes
You will need a Restricted New Zealand driver licence for this role.

The salary range for this role is $62,217 - $65,934 per annum.
The work profile for this position is Monday to Friday, working a 40-hour week.
