Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)

Are you passionate about providing exceptional administrative support and making a meaningful impact on a team? We have an exciting part-time opportunity waiting for you on our beautiful orchard in Kerikeri!

We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual to join our team. You will play a vital part in managing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes.

You'll need:

2+ years of experience in administration

Experience in accounting and/or payroll functions would be an advantage

Ability to build strong, collaborative networks with peers with clear communication

High-level of accuracy and attention to detail, ability to organise and prioritise, to work independently, and deliver to tight deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office and experience with databases
