BreastScreen Counties Manukau (BSCM) aims to improve breast screening coverage and outcomes for women in the Counties Manukau region. We are looking for an experienced and competent Administrator to join our team in a full-time role Monday to Friday, based in our Breast Screening Clinic at Manukau Super Clinic. The role will also provide cover as a Patient Care Assistant when staff are on leave.
In this position, you will be responsible for a range of administration tasks such as booking/receptionist services. The role will also provide backup support for our Health Care Assistants in clinics. You will need to provide professional and caring manner services to the women in the Counties Manukau region.
A relevant Health Care/Patient Care Assistant qualification is required. Previous experience in a frontline administrative role in a healthcare environment will definitely be an advantage as will your ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure. The ability to speak another language, possibly an Asian or Pacific language, would also be an advantage. Your keenness and general willingness to help out and the attitude that "nothing is too much trouble" will be well received and genuinely appreciated. If you have empathy with people and a desire to serve your community well, this role will definitely give you that, and more.

The salary range is dependent on skills and experience and will be paid in line with the National Administration collective agreement.
