Your day-to-day role will see you proactively providing a range of administrative services, including:Reception duties, such as answering phones, taking messages, and greeting visitorsLiaising with organisations and services we work withPreparing documents for courtPurchasing materials and stocktakingProviding support for the management of facilities and assetsRecord management and ensuring correspondence, reports and other documentation meet Department timelines and standardsProvide administration support across a varied team by coordinating meetings, external stakeholders relationships and filingThis position is full-time, working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday.Nga pukenga me nga wheako Skills and experienceIf you have a genuine interest in our kaupapa and if you are motivated to support others in a team environment then we want to hear from you! Please consider and provide examples within your application as to how you meet the below key requirements:Good knowledge of computer software and database systems including Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel), with the ability to learn new systems quicklyExcellent customer service skills, a proactive and dedicated team-player who enjoys working closely with othersThe ability to develop, foster and maintain positive working relationships with a diverse range of peopleResilience when dealing with difficult situations in changing environments and a pragmatic approach to problem solvingThe ability to organise effectively, be adaptable, multi-task and meet deadlinesGood experience and knowledge of office administrationYou will need a Full New Zealand Driver Licence for this role.
