We support their health and wellbeing and foster an inclusive and diverse culture, celebrating what makes us unique and enabling high performance.We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Manager to join the onsite team at Ormiston Town Centre, 240 Ormiston Road, Flat Bush, East Auckland.We are looking for a positive and motivated professional to facilitate the administration and accounting support to the Centre Management team.ResponsibilitiesProvide a high level of professional service to retailers, contractors, and customersEstablish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholdersManage petty cash, recharges, and reconciliationsPrepare and contribute to reporting and budgetingLease administrationProvide Accounts Payable and Receivable administration, support and processingSupport the wider Centre Management team as requiredMinimum Requirements2+ years' experience in a similar positionStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong client-focus and relationship building skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyStrong time and priority management skillsProactive team playerColliers is an inclusive employer, where different perspectives, cultures, and backgrounds are celebrated.
