Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Manager to join the onsite team at Ormiston Town Centre, 240 Ormiston Road, Flat Bush, East Auckland.
We are looking for a positive and motivated professional to facilitate the administration and accounting support to the Centre Management team.
Responsibilities Provide a high level of professional service to retailers, contractors, and customers Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders Manage petty cash, recharges, and reconciliations Prepare and contribute to reporting and budgeting Lease administration Provide Accounts Payable and Receivable administration, support and processing Support the wider Centre Management team as required Qualifications 2+ years' experience in a similar position Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong client-focus and relationship building skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Strong time and priority management skills Proactive team player Additional Information Colliers is an inclusive employer, ?where different perspectives, cultures, and backgrounds are celebrated.
