We are seeking an Administration Manager to join our team and play a key role in supporting our organisation's operations. You will be at the heart of our administrative functions - ensuring efficient processes, assisting with communications, and providing essential support to our Members, Board, COO, Event and Marketing Manager, and Finance Manager. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys managing diverse tasks—from membership management to board support and communications.Key Responsibilities:Administrative Management: Oversee day-to-day tasks, maintain records and archives, manage correspondence, and support document processing, including some invoicing through accounting software.Membership Management: Maintain our membership database, manage applications and cancellations, and coordinate mentoring and registration programmes.Board Support: Assist in preparing meetings, agendas, recording minutes, maintaining records, and supporting board member elections, orientation and training.Process Improvement: Help develop and refine internal procedures for efficiency and compliance.Working Group and Branch Support: Serve as the main contact for registration, CPD, and accreditation panels and provide administrative support to various working groups and branches.Communications and Marketing: Create Mailchimp campaigns, assist with social media campaigns, and manage website updates.
