The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of the nursery, ensuring smooth operations, and providing support to various departments.Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including office management, scheduling, and correspondence. Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and supplies. Coordinate and support HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and expense tracking. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Provide administrative support to the management team and other departments as needed. Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Organize and coordinate company events and meetings. About You: Proven experience in an administrative management role, ideally from the primary sector. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
