This is a hands-on senior administration role, requiring an analytical and solutions-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.As the Administration Lead, you will oversee day-to-day business administration, lead and champion process improvements, and ensure our administrative systems are maintained and optimised. You'll also have core responsibility for health and safety administration. You will oversee facilities, fleet management, and purchasing alongside providing technical troubleshooting for our team. This role will support senior leadership and remote teams across three locations.This role will sit under the Business and Innovation Manager and will work with 3 Administrators.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and perform general business administration functions, ensuring high standards across the team.Review, monitor, and champion systems and process improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Take ownership of health and safety administration and coordination.Manage facilities and fleet operations to ensure smooth functioning.Support staff with best practice communication and document management using Microsoft 365 SharePoint, One Drive and Teams and providing support with Medtech Evolution.Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), relieving their administrative workload.Champion change and support teams across multiple sites, fostering a culture of adaptability and collaboration.About YouWe're looking for someone who is a natural leader and a self-starter, someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality results with minimal supervision. You should have a track record of maintaining and driving operational improvements through your analysis and critical problem-solving ability, no matter the industry. You will thrive in a dynamic environment and be adaptable to change, helping to lead teams through transitions smoothly. Your attention to detail and ability to identify issues that require escalation will be a key attribute in succeeding in this role.You'll be able to balance the leadership of people while managing hands-on administrative tasks, always maintaining a focus on creating efficiencies and building strong, collaborative teams. Above all, you will be comfortable working in a sensitive, values-driven environment that focuses on empowering survivors of sexual harm and supporting their journey toward healing.What You'll Bring3+ years of experience in general administration or as a LeadBusiness Administration qualification preferred (e.g. NZDipBus L5/L6 or higher), but not essential.Proven experience in health and safety coordination and committee participationProficient in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and TeamsExperience with client/case management systemsStrong process improvement and analytical reporting skillsFamiliarity with existing and emerging technologiesA full and unrestricted New Zealand Driver's LicenceHow to Apply:All applications must be via Seek.
