About the Role: We are looking to welcome a highly organised and motivated Administrator to support our Community Oral Health Service. Based at 208 Avenue Road East, Hastings, this role will provide essential administrative services, focusing on whanau coordination, managing enquiries, operating our patient management system, and supporting the leadership team. You will have the opportunity to work autonomously, managing your workload while seeking continuous improvement in processes.

About you: We are seeking a candidate who brings:
Proven administrative experience with a strong attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new computerised systemsStrong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlinesA positive, self-motivated attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a teamCompetency with te ao Maori, tikanga, and te reo Maori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growthExperience in projects/initiatives which give effect to Te Tiriti principles and frameworks, and the application of Matauranga Maori and Kaupapa Maori approaches, particularly as they apply in healthcare settings.Previous experience in the health sector is an advantage but not essential.
