About the role As the Theatre Administration Assistant, you will ensure the delivery of professional, high-quality specialist consulting services. You will also: Support the Theatre Manager and wider team with administration tasks delegated Be efficient in the management of patient appointments and bookings Assist in the day-to-day smooth running of the Theatre department Handle email inquiries promptly Take notes at several meetings Liaise with patients and consultants in a warm and professional manner About you You will have well-developed communication and time management skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and some flexibility with work hours to accommodate business needs. You will also have the following: Previous administration experience is essential. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite essential; including Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint. Ability to multi-task while maintaining a high standard of service. Well-developed computer skills with accurate data entry. High attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, including sound knowledge of the English language and grammar. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines. An understanding of the importance of confidentiality. Knowledge of medical terminology an advantage but not essential.
