Our current opportunity is for a full time (40 hours) Administration Assistant with proven experience, patience, maturity and the ability to hit the ground running. You will be based at our Poraiti site – a busy environment where communication will be key. The Administration Assistant supports our Rangatahi and Wake Over (Youth and Nigh shift) Service. The Administrator will provide operational support to the Service Manager in their management of these services. You will be responsible for the effective administration and operation of the service; planning, coordinating, scheduling, communicating, sorting and filing documents and organising.
