A great position has become available within our Adult Rehabilitation and Health of Older People service (ARHOP Division). We have a reputation for friendliness, and our team is extremely passionate about the work they do and how we cohesively work as an interdisciplinary team, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at work.
Someone with a very friendly and polite manner is required as you will be the voice on the phone and the face that welcomes patients when they arrive for their appointments. You will also need to have an excellent command of the English language both written and verbal. If you have empathy with people and a desire to serve your community well, this role will give you that, and more!
Previous experience in a frontline administrative role will be an advantage as will your ability to multi-task and work efficiently when under pressure. Your keenness and general willingness to help and the attitude that "nothing is too much trouble" will be well received and genuinely appreciated.
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday and based at Middlemore Hospital.

Essential:
Experience in clerical or administration in the health environment
Experience in data entry
Receptionist/Frontline experience
Intermediate user of MS Office
Customer Service
The salary range is dependent on skills and experience and will be paid in line with the National Administration Collective agreement.
