Administration and Governance CoordinatorSouthern Cross Hospital – Auckland, North IslandAbout the roleWe are looking for an Administration and Governance Coordinator to support our Property and Development team with governance and administration related tasks, to ensure an efficient and effective service can be delivered.This role's accountabilities include, but are not limited to:Providing the Property team with timely and confidential administrative support, e.g., coordination of venues, travel, accommodation, etc.Assisting with the development of the annual Property CAPEX budgetAssisting with the preparation of contracts and arranging them for signing and approvalsAssisting with the preparation of external and internal communications/presentations including formattingProviding timely reports on regulatory compliance and maintenance requirements from data captured in the TechOne systemReceiving and processing approved construction contract progress claimsProcessing invoices and payment claims for the Property and Development teamTo be successful you will need:A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar or related roleAdministration and coordination experienceFinance and accounting experienceAdvanced Office 365 and SharePoint skillsExperience within the property sector would be highly desirableTechOne Software experience would be advantageousWhat we can offer you:Competitive remuneration packageSubsidised health insuranceChristmas and New Year breaksFlexible working arrangementsDiscounts on products and services from a range of our partnersAbout Southern Cross HealthcareSouthern Cross Healthcare is driven by a clear purpose to advance the provision of quality healthcare in Aotearoa New Zealand.Our people are at the core of everything we do and the care we provide.
