Join the Team at Coyote! Coyote Automotive is a small, thriving mechanical workshop with a brand-new Tuning and Performance department. With our amazing receptionist ditching us for the sunny skies of Central Otago, we're on the hunt for someone equally awesome to take over the front desk and be the face of our workshop!
We need someone with a winning smile, a bubbly personality, and an eye for detail to keep us running smoothly.
What you'll be doing (besides keeping us all in line): Greeting customers with a smile and a warm welcome (we love a good vibe!)Managing all customer interactions—on the phone, by email, and in personTaking care of the important stuff like monthly accounts, invoicing, payments and payroll (because, let's face it, we've got to keep the lights on)Sourcing / ordering parts, tracking inventory, and keeping everything organizedKeeping our reception area clean, tidy & welcoming (keep that coffee stocked!)Basically, making sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine You'll totally fit in if you: Know your way around vehicles and partsHave a super positive, friendly attitude—this is non-negotiable!Enjoy interacting with people - you will be doing it all day long! (think customers, suppliers, contractors, workmates)Are a pro at multitasking and have serious attention to detailHave some experience with invoicing, accounts, and office workHave solid written and verbal communication skillsCan handle and join in a bit of shop banter Bonus points if you've got experience with social media and are keen to take on that role!
