Admin Assistant

Are you looking for a flexible part time Admin Assistant opportunity based in Lower Hut? About the role: We are looking for a Part-time admin assistant for a small family run property management business in Lower Hutt.
10 - 20 hours per week Flexible hours to suit you. ASAP start until End of December 2024 $30-33/per hour depending on experience Belmont, Lower Hutt location (office-based role) Responsibilities: General admin tasks to support Property Manager Make up lease agreements. Do reference checks. Process applications. Rent reviews (do market research to determine if the rent should be increased) Occasionally emailing tenants and landlords Ideal candidate: We are looking for a reliable self-starter with good initiative and previous admin experience.

Previous experience working in the real estate/property industry would be highly beneficial but not required.
Successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
