Linfox Armaguard Group are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to assist our Branch Manager with overseeing the daily operations of our branch. As the second in charge, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our services, maintaining high security standards, and fostering a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Daily Operations Management: Prepare and manage daily run scheduling and planning for the Road Services Team and ensure fast efficient and highly accurate cash processing services through our Cash Floor Services Team. Allocate resources effectively, including Road and Cash Floor team members, vehicles, and equipment. Security and Safety: Ensure compliance with security standards and operational procedures. Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to security procedures. Injury and Compliance Management: Oversee injury management and return-to-work programs. Ensure adherence to statutory, legislative, and licensing requirements, including EEO, WH&S, Security, and Firearms. Service Delivery: Monitor branch service delivery to meet operational standards and customer expectations. Maintain positive relationships with customer representatives. Team Coordination: Address team member resource issues and support effective communication between team members and customer representatives. Foster a teamwork approach for setting objectives and problem resolution. Qualifications and Experience: Industry Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the cash-in-transit industry. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engender teamwork and manage change effectively. Operational Knowledge: Detailed knowledge of operations planning, scheduling, and routing. Familiarity with business information and reporting systems. Payroll and Compliance: Experience in payroll recording, including overtime, commissions, and shift allowances. Knowledge of compliance with statutory, legislative, and licensing requirements. Management Experience: Industrial relations/employee relations experience including negotiation, performance management, and communication skills.
