This organisation values adaptability, teamwork, and innovative problem-solving.Some more about the role:We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist on a contract basis to step in and manage the AR function during a critical period of transition. With the imminent implementation of a new ERP system, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations across multiple platforms. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining accurate financial records and facilitating efficient reconciliations, particularly with online agents who pay based on their systems rather than invoices.Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including credit control and debt collection.Perform detailed and high volume reconciliations between various systems, primarily using Excel, including functions like VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate financial reporting.Assist in the transition to a new ERP system, ensuring consistency across multiple platforms.Provide support in processing bank transactions and refunds, maintaining accuracy in high-volume environments.So who are you?You are a highly adaptable financial professional with a proven track record in accounts receivable and credit control. You have expertise in using Excel for complex reconciliations, particularly in environments with multiple systems. You thrive in fast-paced settings and can quickly grasp new challenges, making you an ideal fit for this contract role. With a strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills, you're ready to contribute from day one.
