Your Key Responsibilities: Manage invoicing, payments, and follow-ups with residents, families, and government agencies. Reconcile accounts and ensure payments are collected on time. Provide compassionate and clear communication to residents and stakeholders. What We're Looking For: Experience in accounts role, ideally within healthcare or aged care. Proficiency in accounting software and Excel. Attention to detail and excellent communication skills. A warm heart, curiosity, and an innovative spirit, with a passion for helping others.
