We are keen to have you join to help with our high-volume AR workload and provide efficient service to our customers, including, residents, their families and supporting our village and support office teams.
This is a great career opportunity where you will move into a large finance team and have the opportunity to develop your skills.Key responsibilities will include:Process debtor invoices and customer on-charges promptly and accurately.Maintain up-to-date admission records for resident billing.Manage interactions with funding agencies and assist residents and families with billing questions.Handle outstanding accounts and complete monthly processes to Metlifecare standards.Identify and implement process improvements.Contribute to innovative and efficient customer satisfaction methods.Work actively to ensure that Metlifecare's high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.About youYou will have experience in a high-volume accounts receivable role where you were responsible for billing, receipting and revenue recognition.
You are a team player with excellent communication skills, strong excel skills and ideally come from or have some knowledge of the retirement industry (not essential).
You enjoy the buzz of being busy and strive for continuous improvement, giving your ideas for better efficiency.
