Accounts Receivable Administrator

Reporting to the ANZ Credit Manager, the AR Administrator will be responsible for the processing of claims & credits, account reconciliations, and providing cover within the team as required.
This role will have primary responsibility for New Zealand and provide backup support for the Credit Control team, with a particular emphasis on assisting the NZ Credit Controller.
We are looking for someone with great attention to detail, positive with high energy and a can-do attitude.
The hours for this role are 40 hours per week Monday to Friday with hybrid working and flexible hours.
The Role:Timely processing of non-stock related claims & credits, ensuring compliance with established procedures.Reconciliation of customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and consistency of financial records.Management of receipts for the Foodstuffs Group and staff accounts.Opening and maintaining new customer accounts in line with established procedures.Providing support and backup for the ANZ Accounts Receivable team as needed.About You:Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit Control is advantageous.Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.This role offers the chance to work within a supportive team environment and offers a great opportunity for those looking to grow within the business.
