Job DescriptionThe opportunity: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our Finance Operations Team at Skills Group.
You will play a critical role in managing invoicing and direct debit processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Your key responsibilities: Manage the invoicing process for the Skills Group, ensuring invoices are accurate and processed within agreed timeframes.Handle the Direct Debit process, including managing dishonours and resolving disputes promptly.Analyse and calculate outstanding debt, credits, and fees for apprentices based on their status.Maintain client details in the accounting system and create new customer accounts.Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries and ensure a positive experience.Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Senior Accounts Receivable administrator.Desired Skills and ExperienceYour skills & qualifications: Salary will be based depending on experience.A tertiary qualification in accounting or administration is desirable but not essential.At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a related analysis role.Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and process large volumes of data.Proficiency in accounting software, CRMs, and intermediate Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Good verbal and written communication skills.Why Join Us?
