Accounts & Payroll Administrator

Our Te Rapa based client is a national leader in the supply of products to families and companies around New Zealand.
With state of the art offices and a company culture they are proud of, the finance team is seeking a part time Accounts & Payroll Administrator.
Reporting to the Financial Controller you will: Prepare weekly and monthly payroll for a range of branches Compile commissions for staff Reconcile payroll reports and IRD payments Prepare and post month end journals Process creditor payments Analyse credit card statements and spend Assist with year end reconciliations Ideally you will bring a minimum of two years payroll and accounts experience.
Current knowledge of NZ payroll standards and compliance will be beneficial, as will well developed Excel and Word skills.
You will be a proud team player, have the ability to work well autonomously and enjoy analysing and reconciling.
