We are looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our Finance Team, this role will be based in the picturesque town of Queenstown.The RoleWorking within a friendly and sociable Finance Team, this role would be responsible for maintaining the end-to-end Accounts Payable processes. Importantly building strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted supply of goods and services to the Group.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Payable invoice processing, staff reimbursements, credit card reconciliation, reporting and compliance related activities including but not limited to handling the AP mailboxes, transactional processing, payment batch reviewing and statement reconciliation.AP payment processing, liaise with CFO and Senior Management to confirm payment runs.Monitor invoice disputes and follow ups.Periodic reconciliation of relevant AP control/clearing accountsEnsure accuracy of daily processing, by reviewing sample of invoices processed accurately according to the Delegation of Authority and accounting for GST and no Business Number withholding.Additional duties as assigned by the CFO.Your ProfileTo be successful in this role, you will have:5 years' experience in Accounts Payable, supervising a small team.able to execute a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment.strong attention to detailunderstanding of basic accounting and accounts payable principles, including general ledger codingexperience in customer service, including the ability to deal with conflict and undertake negotiations.strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make suggestions for improvement.self-motivated and proactive – a person who takes the initiative.We are looking for a reliable team player with the desire to learn and develop their knowledge in accounting and finance.Apply TodayPlease send your CV by clicking on the apply button .
