About the Business Fantech is a market leading manufacturer and supplier of innovative ventilation and air movement solutions for commercial, industrial and domestic applications. With offices and distributors throughout Australia and New Zealand, you will have the opportunity to be a part of a company with a global presence. We have an opportunity at our Auckland office for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our team.  Duties and Responsibilities Daily management of the accounts payable email inbox and phone callsMaintain and update the Accounts Payable Database to ensure that Supplier details are current and accurateEnsure accurate and timely processing of authorised supplier invoices and staff expense reimbursements using our internal systems in accordance with internal control procedures and providing accurate and timely payment information to key stakeholders upon requestEnsure timely and accurate reconciliation of supplier statements and verify that all invoices and credits are accounted forOther ad-hoc accounts duties as requiredWhat we are looking for from you Previous experience in a similar role that requires strong administration and organisational skillsExceptional commitment to detail, accuracy and meeting high quality standardsAbility to multitask and prioritise so that all tasks are completed in a timely mannerHigh level problem-solving skills focus on standards and compliance including intermediate computer skills (including use of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)Knowledge of organisation policies and market practices impacting Accounts Payable activities (e.g., corporate credit card policy, travel policy, procurement policy etc)Benefits: Enjoy a genuine company culture of continuous improvement and reward for excellenceContribute to a supportive and dynamic team, with a good sense of workplace funExcellent opportunities for ongoing growth and developmentTo be considered for this great opportunity, please submit your application via the Apply Now button below.
