Accounts Payable

We're seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable to join our client's team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing accounts payable functions, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, and maintaining effective communication with vendors. Responsibilities: Handle accounts payable tasks including invoice processing and vendor communication.Ensure accurate and timely recording of invoices and payments.Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.Assist with month-end closing activities.Collaborate with other departments for documentation and compliance.Requirements: Experience in accounts payable - 3-5 yearsProficiency in Xero or MYOB.Strong attention to detail and communication skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Applicants for this position require NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit.
