About the Role
We are looking for a full-time Accounts Payable person to work in our support office. The days and hours of work are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
Key functions of the role include:
Process and manage all accounts payable transactions in the company software system.
Code and enter invoices for payment.
Respond to vendor inquiries promptly, ensuring a quick turnaround of any queries.
Follow up outstanding credit requests.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt payment to suppliers.
Provide support to our branches nationwide.
Your Profile:
Experience in accounts payable in a medium/larger business.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical skills, as you will be investigating multiple issues daily.
