It also creates opportunity and an experienced accounts payable administrator role has come available to manage the accounts payable function for their three branches. Taking accounts payable from start to finish, you will ideally be comfortable using Xero to really hit the ground running and if you have used Approvalmax for the verification and matching of purchase orders - this will be to your advantage.
Processing around 120 creditors a month, some with multiple pages of invoices attached to their statement - you will manage your own workload and be part of the overall Accounts Administration team. With the merge of three companies you will be involved in the set up of suppliers onto the accounting software, coordinating the re-sign of any new documents and putting in place a good rhythm for processing their accounts from start to finish and creating a monthly payment run.
Software used : Xero. Approvalmax for reducing repetitive keying and verifying purchase orders.
This is a role for someone who is really comfortable processing accounts payable, someone who enjoys mixing administrative tasks for the overall efficiency of the accounts payable function and someone who enjoys a company who are dynamic in their approach and are therefore fluid in the way they work.
