Accounts Payable

Are you an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator looking for a solid piece of work from now until the end of October? This fixed term role could go longer but right now we need 6 months of your time to work within the Construction Sector based in Parnell About the role:

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be assisting the Finance team with the processing of invoices. There is a high volume of invoices to process (about 500 per month).
Hourly rate: $30/hr to $33/hr depending on experience Location: Parnell, Auckland Working hours: Full time hours - Monday to Friday (40 hours) Fixed term: ASAP start until end of October 2024 About you:

We are looking for a candidate with experience processing high volume invoices. If you are a quick learner with a strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and have high accuracy data entry skills - this role would be perfect for you!

You will need to be a confident communicator to follow up with Engineers, etc. and happy to build relationships with others.

Ideally you will have worked within the Construction sector and therefore familiar with contractor and sub-contractor payments and how they work in with Accounts Payable.
