Accounts Payable Officer (12-month fixed-term):
Oceania Dairy is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Accounts Payable team. Our organisation is moving towards an automated Accounts Payable process, and we want you to be a part of it. This role requires innovative thinking and strategic thought on how we best streamline our Accounts Payable process using an Oracle platform. Alongside this project development work, the job entails S&OP reporting, budget control and forecasting, and communication with external suppliers for reconciliation.

In the role of Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for (not limited to):
Effective processing/classification and recording of invoices and arrangement of approvals and payment.
Input invoice and maintain suppliers' basic information in Oracle system.
Use of the AP associated system, as well as system operating guidelines for business departments.
Check and review invoices to ensure they are consistent with the PO, contract terms, quotations, and other relevant information.
Prepare supplier payment plan and provide funding flow plan for supplier payment.
Compiling relevant reports if required and communicating with business departments regarding the usage of expenses.
The successful applicant will have:
An Accounting or related bachelor's degree qualification.
Understanding of corporate finance environment and familiarity with computer operating systems and office software.
Communication skills - fluent English; ability to speak Mandarin is preferred.
Good analytical skills with current financial management concepts.
Prudent, strong sense of responsibility with an ability to work well in a busy environment.
