Accounts Payable Finance · Auckland – Head Office

We are looking for an experienced and pro-active Accounts Payable to join our friendly team! This is a 6-month fixed-term contract to cover a parental leave of absence.The role:The primary function of this role is to check the PO and invoice, good receipts process in Salesforce, and process the invoice in SAP system.This role will suit an experienced Accounts Payable who has eyes on details, skills in communicating and questioning the process and more importantly as a team player.Key Skills required for this role:Highly organized with good time management,2+ years' experience in a previous Accounts Payable role at a complex and / or high-volume business,Intermediate Excel skills,Navision experience would be advantageous.SAP systems experience will be a bonus but is not mandatory,Ability to pick up new systems quickly,Understand whole AP and P2P end to end process;Self-motivated and performance driven with the ability to resolve queries relating to vendors,An eye for detail in numbers and systems,Good written and verbal communication skills.What can we offer you?McAlpine Hussmann is at the leading edge of providing commercial refrigeration and air conditioning throughout Australasia.
