Importantly, we genuinely care about the wellbeing of our people. The Role This role is a permanent, part time position, 30 hours per week to be worked Monday to Friday. There is some flexibility in when the hours are worked in the day, and we would consider work from home one day per week for the right person. Key responsibilities Processing of accounts payable Improving the accounts payable process Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Follow FA processes and procedures Ideal candidate, skills and experience Knowledge of accounts payable and general accounting procedures Experience in a similar role, within the healthcare setting an asset A team player, who is happy to help out where needed in other areas of the finance team from time to time Open and willing to cross-train (eventually) to assist with covering when others are on leave Someone with a positive attitude, and friendly demeanour Effective time management with proven ability to plan and organise the workload to meet service needs Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel and Outlook If you'd like to influence the patient experience, where people often become parents, please get in touch.
