Do you have a keen eye for detail, a love for numbers, and the ability to keep things running smoothly? We're on the lookout for a Finance and Accounts Payable Officer who can take ownership of our accounts payable function and support our finance team with enthusiasm and precision.

About You: You're someone who thrives on staying organized and making sure things get done on time. Whether it's processing invoices, reconciling accounts, or ensuring payments are accurate, you take pride in getting the details right. With your background in finance or accounts payable, you're comfortable navigating the numbers and know your way around Excel and accounting software.

Deadlines don't scare you – in fact, they motivate you! You're skilled at juggling multiple tasks without letting anything slip through the cracks. When others need answers, you're the go-to person because you've got it all under control, and your customer-focused approach means you're always helpful and approachable.

What Sets You Apart:
You're curious by nature. You've got a knack for picking up new technologies, and you're always thinking about how things could be done better. Maybe you've had some experience working with other teams across the business and have learned the value of good communication and collaboration.

You don't shy away from a challenge – whether it's learning something new or stepping in to help a colleague, your "can-do" attitude is what makes you stand out. You're eager to expand your skills in accounting, and you see this role as an opportunity to grow and contribute to the success of the finance team.

What You'll Do:
In this role, you'll be at the heart of our financial operations:
• Own the Accounts Payable process – making sure every invoice is processed and paid accurately and on time.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve any queries with suppliers to keep things running smoothly.
• Work closely with the finance team to support month-end and year-end tasks, helping to prepare reports and ensuring our accounts are in order.
• Be the person who keeps things organized – from managing supplier databases to tracking purchase orders and handling one-off payments.
• Jump in when needed to help with invoicing, accounts receivable, and other accounting tasks.

Why Join Us?
We're a team that values collaboration, growth, and continuous improvement. Here, you'll have the chance to work in a supportive environment where your contributions are recognized, and you'll have opportunities to develop your skills further.
If you're looking for a role where you can make a difference, enjoy a challenge, and be part of a close-knit team, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today and bring your passion for finance to our growing company!
