The role We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join our knowledgeable and experienced finance team and be supported by great training and shared expertise across the business. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Leader, you'll be responsible for the full Accounts Payable function, including entering supplier invoices, allocations, supplier account reconciliations, matching goods received to supplier invoices, regular payment runs, general ledger coding and resolving creditor enquiries. You'll build strong working relationships with your internal and external stakeholders and you'll take the right approach to ensure ongoing and long-lasting relationships and business, whilst still meeting your targets and managing your book. This is a fulltime, permanent role, based in our Support Office in East Tamaki in Auckland. Requirements About you To shine in this role, you'll bring your positive and solutions-focused attitude and strong attention-to-detail skills. Your experience in Excel and an ERP package will help you enter this role. Whilst experience in the automotive, industrial service or manufacturing sectors would be advantageous, it's not absolutely essential. You'll be a collaborative and supportive team player and have great customer service/relationship skills when it comes to dealing with your internal and external stakeholders. Your good time management skills and IT savvy will also benefit. Please note, a full pre-employment medical, including a drug test, will be required and you must currently be legally entitled to live and work in New Zealand.
