Queenstown Engineering 2009 Limited – Frankton, South IslandWe are seeking an experienced Accounts/Office Administrator to join our growing team at our office located in Frankton, Queenstown.This role involves assisting us in all facets of the business as we are a small team. The ideal candidate will be assisting us with the day-to-day accounts/office administration, customer service, inwards/outwards goods and reception area.General tasks include:Liaising with customers and responding to email and phone queriesTimesheet approvals and assisting with weekly pays using MYOB EssentialsEntering jobs, purchase orders, receipting and invoicing to customers using OstendoAccounts payable, accounts receivable and cash handlingMaintaining office supplies, equipment and ensuring office areas are tidyAssisting with Health & Safety, training and QA tasks as requiredHelping with bolt store sales and inventorySupporting the wider team with general administration tasks and covering the main reception area when requiredApplicants must have:Excellent computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and OneDriveExperience with MYOB AccountRight, MYOB Essentials and Ostendo would be advantageousMinimum of 3 years administration/accounts experienceAn effective communicator and fluency in EnglishStrong organisational skills with good time management skills and attention to detailMinimum 30 hours per week, with some flexibility around working hours between 7am – 4:30pm weekdays so may suit someone wanting to work school hours.Applicants for this position must have NZ residency or hold a valid NZ work visa.
