We are seeking a proactive and innovative individual to join our team as an Account Manager for a major Retail Media business.
In this role, you will work closely with our client to ensure strong partnerships, strategic alignment, and the successful execution of retail media campaigns, including the management and installation of point-of-sale (POS) materials.
To excel in this role, you will bring: Experience in Retail Media, FMCG, Account Management, or a similar field A proven ability to collaborate with field teams to turn retail media strategies into execution that drives in-store sales results Strong partnership-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders Experience in managing the installation of POS materials to ensure effective in-store execution The ability to support and work with a talented, dynamic team Experience in fostering and growing long-term business relationships As the Account Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Collaborating with Operations teams to translate retail media strategies into action plans that drive sales, media excellence, and effective POS installations Planning and project managing the priorities and execution requirements for retail media campaigns and POS implementation Measuring and effectively communicating campaign performance and results Interpreting and analysing data to provide insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams Designing and delivering job briefs that inspire the field team to achieve outstanding execution Brand Influence Group (BIG) is an industry leading experiential and field-marketing organisation that provides an outsourced solution for mobile workforce optimisation.
