An excellent career opportunity has arisen for an experienced and efficient Accounts-Finance Assistant to join the Electrical Supply Corp team. Based at our Auckland Support Office in Grafton, the major function of this role is the day-to-day financial administration of the business. The successful candidate would preferably have intermediate level accounting skills and be experienced in managing the daily and monthly financial functions of a business. This role would suit a qualified Accountant looking to work part-time. We anticipate the successful applicant will work 15-20 hours a week. Key responsibilities:  Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing, reconciliations and payments.General ledger and bank transactions.Job costing analysis and financial reporting. Skills and experience requirements:  Experienced in accounting processes. Sound computer literacy and proven experience with Excel and Word.A high attention to detail and high level of financial accuracy.The ability to think logically and succeed in delivering your objectives.
