Accounts Assistant

We are looking for an experienced finance professional for an exciting varied Accounts Assistant position based in Christchurch. If you have strong reconciliations experience, have worked with VAT returns, and have good Excel and reporting skills, this could be the role for you. This exciting role can be offered on either a Full-Time or Part-Time (30 hours per week) basis.Key tasks for this role include:Processing of financial transactionsBank reconciliationsSales, purchase and general ledger operationsPreparation of reports and accountsAssisting with VAT returnsPreparation of year-end working papersWorking with Group Finance and Estate/business teams to ensure accurate data, providing analysis and reportsThis role offers a competitive salary of up to £30,000, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, and a 6% employer pension contribution.All applicants must have the right to work in the UK.We will consider all qualified applications for this position.
