Accounts Assistant

The Company Our client provides fabulous service. They have been in their industry for several years, hence their great reputation.    The Role Supporting the GM Finance across all things financial administration. This is an exciting and varied role which will provide great exposure to the accounting function.  Your key duties will include: Accounts Receivable – daily receipting of inwards funds, raising invoices, debtor account reconciliations, preparing daily bank reconciliations and following up outstanding accounts, ad hoc receivable duties as required Accounts Payable – supporting the end-to-end AP process, ensuring all invoices are processed promptly, answering creditor and staff payment-related enquiries, and ad hoc payable duties as required Data entry and compliance Contact customers to resolve queries and to build and maintain relationships Assist with auditor queries on AR and banking Fixed asset management Payroll Assisting the GM with various ad hoc support About You You will have around two years of experience in a similar capacity, and you pride yourself on your communication skills. You are happy to work directly with clients and suppliers. You may prefer to work 25-30 hours across 4 or 5 days!
