About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts and Office Administrator to handle our accounts and general office administration. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in managing our daily financial operations and supporting the smooth running of our office. This role will be crucial in ensuring that our financial processes run seamlessly, especially as we grow.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable and receivable
Process salaries and wages, along with month-end reconciliation and payments
Oversee debt management and set up corporate accounts
Prepare and file GST returns and maintain master financial data
Assist with general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and other administrative duties as needed
What You'll Bring
Proficiency in Xero, Excel, and Word (a must-have)
Strong time management and planning skills with a track record of meeting deadlines
Ability to multi-task and adapt in a dynamic environment
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication skills and a positive attitude
