Accounts Advisor
Te Haeata/The Opportunity
We are seeking one or two permanent part-time Accounts Advisor(s) to join our high-performing Transactional Services team in Hamilton in the new year.
Working hours up to 16 hours per week for one part-time Accounts Advisor (or up to 8 hours per week each for two part-time Accounts Advisors).
We are looking for excellent data entry skills and someone who has a positive attitude, a willingness to learn new things, and is prepared to take on extra responsibility to serve as one member of the Transactional Services team in Hamilton. If you're a team player with an open, approachable, and collaborative communication style, this is an exciting time to join the team.

To be successful in this role you will have:

Keen to learn or experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliation, business analyst, or similar role.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional and positive outlook, managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy, along with proven written and oral communication skills.
A self-starter, with the ability to use initiative, pre-empt information requests, and be approachable with a can-do attitude.
A commitment to building Maori capability - both personally and within the team.

Utu a-tau/Salary
The appointing salary for this role will be between $54,343 and $74,416 based on skills and experience.
