Ean Brown Partners Limited is a reputable accounting and advisory practice based in Whangarei. We're locally owned and operated and pride ourselves on our service delivery. We love supporting local businesses in their journey to success. Our clients range from small businesses to large commercial operations. 
The role:  This is a 9am to 3pm position, Monday to Friday with some flexibility. The Accounts Administrator/Receptionist is responsible for management of client billing, accounts payable and receivable, reception duties and general administration tasks. 
You will be reporting to the Team Manager and Director, and will work alongside the small but fantastic team of accountants and administrative staff.
Your ability to prioritise tasks and effectively manage your time will ensure the smooth running of a range of administration tasks in this varied role.  
Immediate start is available.
Your responsibilities will include: Management of client billingManagement of accounts payable and receivableFrontline customer service – reception, dealing with client phone and email queriesCompanies Office administration for our clients – updating company information and filing annual returnsCommercial property management – dealing with property owners and tenants, managing maintenance workGeneral administrative support What do you need to join our team? Experience in accounts payable, administration, and fee managementProficiency in Microsoft Office products and understanding of accounting softwareTrack record of excellent customer serviceFamiliarity with other office software like Adobe AcrobatHigh level of organisation skills with the ability to self-manage and prioritise various workloads and meet deadlinesAccuracy and attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility and willingness to work both autonomously and with a teamAbility to identify where you need help or improvement and the confidence to askWhat additional skills would be desireable? General accounting understanding and experience Experience working as a receptionistExperience using MYOB or XeroWhy join us?
