Are you ready to play a key role in shaping the financial future of the New Zealand Dental Association (NZDA) and its associated entities? As the Accounts Administrator, working 25 hours each week, you will be at the heart of NZDA's financial operations, working closely with the Chief Executive, Board members, and Chairpersons of the Foundation and Trusts.
About the Role:

Receive, process, document, and arrange payment of invoices to the NZDA, and prepare invoices for debtors.
Manage NZDA staff payroll, office bearer per diems, expenses, and honorarium payments.
Prepare end-of-month and end-of-year financial statements to audit standards, and undertake financial analysis and interpretation.
Collaborate on the annual budget and business plan preparation, ensuring accurate financial planning.
Administer and manage accounts for associated entities, maintaining professional conduct to uphold the reputation of the NZDA.

Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in preparing and administering accounts for small to medium-sized businesses or organisations.
Ability to work independently producing financial reports to audit standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and computerised accounting systems, with strong general computer skills.
High level of interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and tactfully across diverse groups.
Experience working effectively under pressure, both independently and within a team environment.
