Accounts Administrator & Office Manager (P/T) Are you detail-oriented and organised?

We're looking for a part-time (15-20 hours) Accounts Administrator & Office Manager to join our team and help us with the smooth running of our office.

We've been creating eLearning solutions for some of Australasia's largest businesses for over 15 years.
With a new product about to launch and a wider international focus, we are looking to strengthen our Product Led approach with specialised skills.
On a normal day at RedSeed, you'll get to: Stay on top of bank transactions and perform reconciliations with precision.
Handle Accounts Payable by processing invoices quickly and accurately.
Manage Accounts Receivable to ensure clients are invoiced on time and follow-ups are prompt.
Maintain impeccable client and supplier data, keeping it up to date.
Work with the CFO on analysis and reporting for the Board and Management team.
Oversee HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and managing their records.
Collaborate with the CFO to ensure tax compliance for New Zealand and Australia.

We'll need you to: Have excellent organisational and time management skills.
Have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Be proficient in accounting software (Xero, Smartly, MYOB).
Be able to work with spreadsheets.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
It would help if you: Have an understanding of NZ employment legislation.
Have relevant experience in financial administration or a related field.
Have experience in teaching, eLearning or SaaS products.
