Accounts Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to support our accounting department in managing financial records and transactions.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Key Responsibilities: Data Management : Accurately enter and maintain financial data in accounting software and databases.
Invoicing : Generate and issue invoices to clients, monitor payment schedules, and follow up on outstanding payments.
Reconciliation : Assist with bank reconciliations and ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
Reporting : Prepare and present financial reports, including accounts receivable aging and monthly summaries.
Compliance : Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Communication : Serve as a point of contact for financial inquiries from internal departments and external clients.
Audit Support : Assist in preparing documentation and data for internal and external audits.
Administrative Support : Provide general administrative support to the accounting team as needed.
Qualifications: Education : Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience : 2+ years of experience in an accounting or administrative role.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
Attention to Detail : Strong analytical skills and a meticulous approach to data entry and financial reporting.
Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
