Infinity Project Consulting Limited – Queenstown, South Island
Infinity Project Consulting provides business management and administration services, primarily related to the operations of Fowler Homes both locally and nationally.
After operating successfully for more than five years, we are now looking to grow our team to include a full-time Accounts Administrator operating from a new office in Frankton, Queenstown.
What you'll be doing
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoice processing, reconciliations, and data entry
Processing GST returns and filing company returns
Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other accounting documents
Managing bank payments
Providing general administrative support including scheduling meetings, booking travel arrangements and assisting with conference organisation
Maintaining files of property development projects
Assisting with legal documentation
What we're looking for
Prior experience in an accounts administration or similar role
Proficiency in using accounting software, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Relevant accounting or business management qualifications ideal but not essential
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
A proactive and organised approach to work, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
This role is intended for a 40 hour working week, though school hours may be available for the right candidate.
